Eligibility for Use
Use of the application is intended for members of the Pi Network only, and is subject to compliance with the terms of service and guidelines of the Pi Network.
Nature of Service
The services offered in the application operate on the Pi Network, according to the development stage, availability, and network settings at the time of use.
Any transaction, action, balance, or information displayed in the application may change, does not constitute a commitment to any monetary value, and does not guarantee present or future value, including in the case of transition between different network environments.
No Financial Advice
Use of the application does not constitute financial advice, investment, recommendation, or any commitment. Any action taken through the application is done at the user's sole responsibility.
User Responsibility
The user is solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access details, including wallet password and Pi Network login details.
India Pi Network does not store, manage, or have access to access details, passwords, or user wallet keys, and has no control over user wallets or Pi Network authentication mechanisms.
Accordingly, India Pi Network will not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, unauthorized use, or any harm resulting from exposure of access details, wallet breach, action taken by the user or third party, or as a result of activity on the Pi Network itself.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" (AS IS), without any commitment to availability, continuity, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
India Pi Network shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, financial harm, or any other damage arising from use or inability to use the application.
Without derogating from the above, India Pi Network is not responsible for any malfunction, delay, technical failure, security breach, change in the Pi Network, temporary or permanent shutdown of the service, or any action resulting from systems, services, or infrastructure not under its direct control.
Third Parties
The application uses mechanisms, services, and infrastructure of the Pi Network. India Pi Network is not responsible for actions, decisions, changes, or malfunctions resulting from third parties, including the Pi Network itself.
Changes and Service Termination
India Pi Network reserves the right to update, change, limit, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
These terms are subject to applicable law, and their interpretation will be done in accordance with it. Continued use of the application constitutes full and binding agreement to these terms of service.
